CITRON BALLROOM

The Citron Ballroom is the perfect place to conduct your conference. With total flexibility at 16,530 square feet and the ability to accommodate 1,800+ attendees, your next meeting is sure to wow. The space also provides a bright, airy foyer with dedicated registration desks to allow for easy flow throughout your meeting or event.

SABAL BALLROOM

As Hilton Buena Vista Palace’s largest ballroom, the Sabal Ballroom features over 18,000 square feet of space and can accommodate over 2,000 guests. Our pre-function space features two built-in registration counters that service the Citron and Sabal Ballrooms.

PAVILION BALLROOM

The perfect space for your reception, meals, meetings and more. The pavilion, a flexible tented space separated away from the rest of the hotel’s convention space, offers the best in privacy and flexibility.

Island Meeting Space

At Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace, small meetings deserve a level of attention that is unlike others. We set the stage for successful small meeting with our Island Building. By hosting your meeting in one building, complete with 200 guest rooms, everything is in one location, and attendees have a personalized experience. And when the day is done, relaxation is merely steps away, as the space is next to our float lagoon.

UNIQUE EVENT SPACES

Host your social meet-up at our Event Lawn, Blue or Verandah to give your attendees a unique experience. Our Event Lawn offers a unique reception space underneath the moonlight or taking in the Florida sun. Blue, a modernized sports bar, offers games, sports, and handcrafted cocktails. Verandah features open indoor space connected to an outdoor lawn that provides incredible lakefront views.
